A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to guarantee reservations and services upon acceptance of proposed Itinerary. Balance is due 45 days prior to the start date of the tour. Any trips reserved less than 45 days prior to arrival must make full payment to confirm services.
If a client has to cancel a planned tour we do everything possible to return as much of your deposit as possible. Nevertheless, guaranteeing services and hotel space often requires non-refundable deposits. So, while we work with clients on a case by case basis to refund the most possible, we are bound by following cancellation policy.
Notice of any tour cancellation must be sent in writing and noted as received by one of our staff.
Amount of refund depends on cancellation date in relation to your arrival date.
The criteria of excellence in quality of service will be followed at all times. Vapues Tours, S.A. acts only as an agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether it be by horseback, 4×4, car, microbus, bus, boat or airplane and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur during a program.
The tour operator can accept no responsibility or loss or additional expense due to changes in schedules or other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a member of any tour or to change or withdraw the tour as circumstances demand. All rates are subject to change. Vapues Tours, S.A. cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss of passenger’s baggage, accident or loss of personal property, or for additional expenses due to storms, acts of God or other causes beyond our control. Any such expenses will be paid for by the passenger.
